He has been inside Canadian studios taking development into full production - carrying the pressure of delivery, broadcaster expectations, overseas studio management, and budget control. He has also operated Asian studios receiving work-for-hire - responsible for execution, pipeline management, and maintaining quality under external oversight.

That dual vantage point creates valuable alignment.
